Eurofast join the IFA Ukraine Seminar: “Latest Developments in Ukrainian Transfer Pricing Rules”

Eurofast, one of the general partners of International Fiscal Association (IFA) Ukraine, participated in the seminar “Latest Developments in Ukrainian Transfer Pricing Rules” organized by IFA Ukraine on January 30, 2015 in Kiev. The event was dedicated to the latest changes in Ukrainian Transfer Pricing rules that came into force from January 1, 2015.
Besides the detailed overview of the changes and their implications for businesses, the speakers focused on TP documentation, penalties for non -compliance, the “arm’s length” principle, and more.
Anastasia Sagianni, Head of Transfer Pricing Division – Eurofast, shared an international experience of TP legislation in EU and spoke about TP concept in general, trends across the Balkans and TP audits, TP methods per case with real practical examples and TP database.
The participants of the event included the representatives of various government offices, multinational organizations, leading law and accounting, audit firms.
