Program Structure
The Academy follows a structured pathway designed to develop both technical and professional skills:
1. Training Phase
Participants receive practical training delivered by experienced Eurofast professionals, focused on core areas such as Accounting and Payroll.
2. Assessment
Evaluation of participants’ understanding, performance, and ability to apply knowledge in real scenarios.
3. Interviews
Successful participants are invited to interview for roles within Eurofast.
4. Certification & Career Opportunity
All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, while top performers are offered employment contracts.
