Dajana began her Eurofast journey in 2012 as Regional Executive for Bosnia, Croatia, and Slovenia. With over a decade of experience in Eurofast, her leadership skills had expanded significantly, culminating in her appointment as Managing Director in June 2025. She now leads teams of Accountants, HR & Payroll Experts, and Tax Professionals across Eurofast’s offices in Banja Luka, Sarajevo and Ljubljana, aligning regional operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
Armed with a degree in Economics specialising in Business and Entrepreneurship, and a Master’s degree from Frederick University in Nicosia, Cyprus, Dajana brings over 15 years of expertise spanning business development, M&A, marketing, HR, and financial services including tax, accounting, and payroll.
Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in projects involving foreign investments, EU funding, business planning, and marketing initiatives across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia. A prolific contributor, Dajana has authored numerous articles in international publications and is a sought-after speaker at seminars on tax matters and regional investment opportunities.
Fluent in Serbian, English, and Greek, Dajana’s linguistic versatility reflects her ability to build relationships across cultures. Outside the boardroom, she is known for her vibrant, energetic personality, inspiring those around her with her infectious enthusiasm—making every day at Eurofast dynamic and engaging.
