Based in our headquarters in Nicosia, Plamena first joined Eurofast in 2008 and currently serves as Regional Coordination Manager reporting directly to the Managing Director. As a long-standing member of the team, she is well versed in the industry and possesses in-depth knowledge of Eurofast culture and practices. This allows her to effectively execute her responsibilities across all departments, regional offices and organizational levels.
As a matter of routine, Plamena plays a central role in the day-to-day operations in the headquarters and acts as a liaison between administrators in the 20+ offices across Southeast Europe, the Middle East, and the Baltics.
In particular, Plamena focuses on developing clear and consistent procedures that will optimize the way standard internal tasks are completed within the Group. Specific responsibilities include CRM maintenance, HR support and internal training, IT coordination, advance reporting on leads and database functions, and certain aspects of internal compliance and regulation.
In all these areas she facilitates communication via various group platforms and channels, both between departments as well as among remote offices, all aimed at supporting the Company’s strategic objectives.
Perfectly fluent in Bulgarian, Greek and English, and always ready to hop on a plane to tackle any issues within the Group or to stay up-to-date on industry developments, she is regarded as the go-to person that will get the job done.
