Silvia Lazarova is a Payroll Trainee at Eurofast Sofia, developing her expertise in payroll and HR services within an international and dynamic environment. In this role, she supports the payroll team with payroll data processing, employment documentation, and compliance with local labor and social security regulations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Veliko Tarnovo University, providing her with a strong legal foundation and a solid understanding of employment and labor-related matters. Prior to joining Eurofast, she gained practical legal experience working with a Private Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) and as a Legal Adviser in a notary office, where she developed strong attention to detail, document-handling skills, and a compliance-oriented mindset.
Additionally, Silvia completed a one-and-a-half-year trainee program in the United States as an HR and Payroll Specialist; an experience she considers highly valuable for her professional development. During this period, she was exposed to international HR and payroll practices, strengthening her adaptability, communication skills, and understanding of cross-cultural work environments.
Motivated and detail-oriented, she is eager to further develop her professional skills and is committed to building a strong career in payroll and human resources while delivering accurate and reliable support to colleagues and clients.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, reading across various genres, and has a strong interest in nutrition science, healthy living, and staying active. She also listens to podcasts focused on human behavior, communication, interpersonal relationships, and body language.
