Andrea, a payroll specialist, EOR expert, and junior accountant at Eurofast Bosnia and Herzegovina, embarked on her professional journey with a focus on payroll and EOR responsibilities, specializing in aviation industry payroll and various EOR contract or types. Her role expanded over time, and she seamlessly transitioned into accounting, working as an assistant to a senior accountant.
A graduate of The Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka in 2012, Andrea furthered her education, earning a master’s degree in banking from the same institution in 2015. Simultaneously, she garnered valuable experience in the banking sector, honing her skills in a short span. Throughout her career, Andrea actively participated in implementing diverse software systems, including Abacus, SAP, and Pantheon, specifically in payment systems, taxes, and payroll. Her strong technical knowledge is a result of dedicated self-study through Udemy courses. Since 2021, Andrea has been a proud member of the professional association of Certified Accountants and Auditors.
Beyond her professional prowess, Andrea is known for her positive and easy-going personality. Always ready for action and socializing, she extends her assistance to colleagues in various offices. As the youngest member of the Bosnian team, Andrea takes charge of proposing team-building activities and surprises for her colleagues. Fluent in Serbian and English, Andrea is a reliable force, whether it’s tackling new projects, attracting clients, or celebrating milestones with her company members.
