Andrea, currently Acting Country Manager for Eurofast’s Banja Luka and Sarajevo offices since July 2025, is a seasoned payroll specialist, EOR expert, and junior accountant. She began her professional journey focusing on payroll and EOR responsibilities, gaining deep expertise in aviation industry payroll and a variety of EOR contract types. Over time, she seamlessly transitioned into accounting, serving as an assistant to a senior accountant and expanding her skill set.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka in 2012, Andrea went on to earn a master’s degree in banking from the same institution in 2015, while also gaining practical experience in the banking sector. Throughout her career, she has actively participated in the implementation of diverse software systems—including Abacus, SAP, and Pantheon—specifically in payment processing, tax compliance, and payroll. Her strong technical knowledge is further enhanced by dedicated self-study through Udemy courses. Since 2021, Andrea has been a proud member of the professional association of Certified Accountants and Auditors.
Beyond her technical expertise, Andrea is recognized for her positive, easy-going personality. Always ready for action and socializing, she extends her support to colleagues across Eurofast’s offices. As the youngest member of the Bosnian team, she eagerly proposes team-building activities and surprises, fostering a vibrant team spirit. Fluent in Serbian and English, Andrea is a reliable force in tackling new projects, engaging clients, and celebrating milestones with her colleagues. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the Eurofast team.
