Ivanna started her career with a degree in Public Administration, and by working at an employment mediation agency, where she handled the legalization of residence and employment for foreign nationals in Poland. After that she joined PwC as a Payroll Specialist, where she worked for more than four years. During this time, she gained extensive practical experience in full‑cycle payroll processing. Ivanna is proficient in calculating salaries, including bonuses, benefits, overtime, and paid leave. Her responsibilities also included preparing payroll‑related reports, calculating taxes as well as pension and social insurance contributions.
Ivanna has hands‑on payroll experience across multiple countries, including Ukraine, Poland, Serbia, and the Netherlands. In addition, she works confidently with various databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management and seamless payroll operations.
Ivanna considers her family and career to be her greatest achievements. She is fluent in three languages and actively develos her communication skills. She enjoys traveling and gardening and she is always open to new opportunities.
