Chara is an HR Professional with over six years of comprehensive experience across all areas of human resources. She is passionate about people development and committed to making a positive impact on both individuals and organizational growth.
Chara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in HR and Organizational Behaviour, and a professional diploma as a Certified HR Professional. Constantly curious and always learning, she is always eager to expand her knowledge and stay ahead of evolving HR practices.
Chara is also a proud member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA).
When she’s off the clock, Chara enjoys time with her dog who regularly reminds her who’s really in charge!
