Damianou Natalie is currently serving as Senior Marketing Executive at Eurofast International in Nicosia. There, she contributes her unique blend of creativity, people-skills and precision backed by her diverse professional background.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate from International House Budapest. Her Law and Criminology degree spoke to the inquisitive aspect of her personality and developed her problem-solving skills. Simultaneously, her experience as an English teacher in Hungary enabled her to build strong communication skills and helped her understand the importance of clear and effective messaging.
Her 10 years of experience in managing the operations of a local bakery in Cyprus showcased her creativity through cake decorating, honed her organizational skills in the development and maintenance of the bakery’s ISO food safety system, and enhanced her problem-solving mindset in a fast paced and highly competitive industry.
Natalie is known for her kind and approachable nature, active listening skills and calm demeanor. The above facilitate efficient communication and accurate identification of problem areas which could potentially hinder the organization’s seamless operations.
Beyond the workplace, she enjoys meeting new cultures through travelling and she decompresses by crocheting, building LEGOs and making lists. Her varied experience makes her a valuable asset to the team.
