Elena Bitutskaia is a dynamic professional with a robust educational background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the Economics Faculty at I. Javakhishvili State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from The Institute of Ecology, Environment, and Agribusiness. Currently, Elena is a third-level student pursuing a Business Accountant certification at ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Joining Eurofast in September 2021, Elena plays a pivotal role as a Payroll Specialist at the Georgian branch. Her diverse experiences encompass accounting, chief accounting, budgeting, and financial responsibilities across various industries in the USA, Italy, Ukraine, and Georgia. In her current role, Elena efficiently manages multiple payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) projects. She provides valuable insights by advising clients on tax and administration matters, diligently tracks EOR employment agreements, and contributes to knowledge-sharing through writing articles on Georgian tax and finance news.
Fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian, Elena’s linguistic proficiency enhances her ability to navigate the complexities of her responsibilities and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
