Our Vilnius office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior payroll/accounting specialist.
Job Description
- Payroll accounting
- Reports to Sodra, VMI as well as the clients (regarding payroll)
- Consulting colleagues and clients on payroll/accounting issues
- Automation of payroll accounting processes and integration of new system solutions
- Support tax audits, tax assessments, and liaise with tax authorities
- Manage client’s portfolios, addressing tax-related queries and providing practical solutions
- Involvement on payroll/accounting business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in payroll.
- Experience in accounting would be considered as a strong benefit.
- Good knowledge of local tax legislation, labour law regulations.
- Can communicate in English at B1–B2 level.
- Bring proactivity, initiative, accuracy and strong attention to detail into your daily work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ERP systems.

Salary
Gross 2,800 – 4,500 € per month
Commission for gaining new clients.
