Our Bulgaria office is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join us as Marketing Executive, based in our Sofia office and working across the Group’s Marketing function.
Job description:
- Coordinate seminars, training sessions, webinars, and corporate events, including invitations, logistics, room arrangements, materials, and follow-up.
- Maintain records and files of seminars, including presentations, recordings, attendance, and evaluation forms.
- Monitor relevant business and industry press, identify opportunities and trends, and brief the Senior Marketing Executive accordingly.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and proactively recommend improvements.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns through digital, email, social media, website, and print channels.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, reports, announcements, social media posts, and website content.
- Prepare internal communications, including circulars, announcements, policy updates, and marketing reports.
- Ensure consistent application of the Group’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Liaise with designers, agencies, and external suppliers on marketing, branding, and rebranding initiatives.
- Coordinate with Group departments to support integrated marketing and communication activities.
- Support the organization and promotion of corporate events, seminars, and webinars.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative, coordination, and marketing processes.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or authorities assigned by the Board of Directors or management on a temporary or permanent basis.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (Assistant, Coordinator, or Specialist).
- Experience coordinating with external agencies and/or creative teams.
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Good understanding of SEO/SEM and keyword research.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
