We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and career-oriented professional to join our team in Greece as Country Manager.
Based in Athens, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate the Greek operations, oversee the overall performance of the office and its departments, and contribute to the continued growth and development of Eurofast in the Greek market.
The Country Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with senior management across the Eurofast network.
Job description:
- Oversee and coordinate the operations and performance of all departments in the Greek office.
- Prepare and monitor country MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators.
- Lead and develop teams through recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management.
- Support senior management with strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate business deals, and manage client relationships.
- Monitor pricing strategies, competitor activity, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree and/or ACCA, ACA, or another relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior role, or 10 years’ experience in senior/top management.
- Experience in payroll and accounting functions, including proven experience in effectively managing teams.
- Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Experience with international or multinational companies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
