Our Croatia office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our IBSD Department for the position of Corporate Lawyer.
Job description:
- Drafting and revising legal documents, such as contracts and trust documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Draft and review legal agreements.
- Execute company incorporations and filings.
- Manage client company portfolios and compliance.
- Assist with liquidation and strike-off procedures.
- Support client bank account setups.
- Maintain client records and update internal systems.
- Participate in training sessions and write articles if needed.
- Oversee Corporate Affairs activities, including governance, corporate bodies’ meetings, documentation and resolution registers;
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations
- Support Management and entities of the group on legal matters
Requirements:
- A University/College degree in Law
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- English: B2 level or higher
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Computer literate
- Exhibit strong research capabilities
- Knowledge of contract law and corporate law
- Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and solutions
