Administrative Assistant

Location: Cyprus, Nicosia

Our Nicosia office is growing, and we are looking to recruit a dynamic, career-oriented individual in our offices in Cyprus, to join the Coordination Department, as an Administrative Assistant.  

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and preparing meetings, including distributing agendas and keeping minutes
  • Compiling of business and corporate emails, letters and other types of correspondence
  • Contacting governmental, municipal and other authorities for general inquiries when needed
  • Drafting of templates, forms, documents, manuals and other internal documentation
  • Updating Company’s intranet with news, documents and announcements
  • Assisting with organizing events (conferences, seminars, trainings and others)
  • Business trips preparation (travelling, accommodation and other arrangements)
  • Assisting with the updating of marketing and trip budgets and spreadsheets 
  • Stationery (ordering and distribution)
  • Entries in the Company’s database (CRM)
  • Filing, archiving and keeping filing system in order
  • Internet and database search and reporting
  • Close collaboration with IT department 
  • Handling confidential information on Behalf of Management
  • Supporting and guiding administrators of other offices of the Company
  • Supporting other departments where necessary
  • Any other work-related duty, responsibility and authority assigned by BoD

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
