On behalf of our Client, a well-established accounting firm in Kosovo providing outsourced accounting services to companies across Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and career-oriented individual to join their Accounting Department as an Accountant.
Job description:
- Travel regularly across Europe, as required.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Performing data entries
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Analyze financial data
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Collaborate with other finance team members
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team as needed
- Prepare reporting requested by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from SCAAK, IKAF, or AAB.
- ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is required.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.
- Experience with Pantheon ERP is essential.
- Previous consolidation experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
