Eurofast International Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christos Vakis as a Non‑Executive Board Member.
Mr. Vakis is a highly respected senior executive with more than 40 years of international experience across the financial and legal sectors. As the Chairman and Managing Director of CYMIVA Management Consultants Ltd, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Economist by training, Mr. Vakis has held senior leadership positions at global firms including KPMG and Deloitte (ex Touche Ross & Co.). His distinguished career also includes serving on the boards of companies listed on both the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange.
In addition, Mr. Vakis was appointed to and served on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), further reflecting his extensive regulatory insight and commitment to robust governance.
His appointment marks another important step in strengthening Eurofast’s governance framework and supporting the Group’s long-term strategic growth across the region.
