This year, our “pilot”- our Managing Partner- Iulia involved us in an exercise of seeing challenges and needed ability to climb or descend into winds going different directions and determining what direction is blowing at desired altitude.
Our mission was to create Business Model Canvas which allowed us to describe, design, challenge and reinvent our opinion about our customer value proposition, key activities, key resources and customer relationship.
We got some techniques to be effective as well as efficient, doing our best to keep flying high.
