Ivana Zivic acts as Head of Payroll Department at Eurofast Belgrade and Group Payroll Service Line Leader, overseeing cross-border payroll projects at the group level, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. Ivana has been a dedicated member of the Eurofast team since November 2021 where she started out as Head of Internal Controls Division/Internal Audit. She held that role for three years before being promoted to Head of Payroll Department.
With a strong background in HR and payroll, Ivana currently leads a team of 10 employees through payroll and HR challenges. Her responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations for both EOR and payroll clients. Ivana plays a crucial role in the migration and implementation processes for new clients. These involve kick-off calls, system setup, collaboration with software providers, and overseeing department staff and timelines. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Ivana is not only a seasoned professional but also a proud mother of two daughters and three dogs.
