Ivana Zivic, Head of the Payroll Department at Eurofast Belgrade and a dedicated member since November 2021, leads a team of 10 employees through payroll and HR challenges. Her responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations for both EOR and payroll clients. Ivana plays a crucial role in the migration and implementation processes for new clients. These are involving kick-off calls, system setup, collaboration with software providers, and overseeing department staff and timelines.
Ivana has successfully navigated significant challenges, including the ADP migration process, ensuring a smooth transition without compromising service quality or team morale. She also played a key role in the establishment of Eurofast Solutions, successfully transitioning clients to the new company. With a background in HR and payroll, Ivana previously served as the Head of Internal Controls Division/Internal Audit for three years. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Ivana is not only a seasoned professional but also a proud mother of two daughters and three dogs.
