Teuta Karameta has completed a Master’s degree in Management and Informatics at the University of Prishtina, “Hasan Prishtina,” earning the title of Master of Economic Science. Professionally, she has completed all exams for the Certified Auditor designation but, lacking field experience, currently holds the title of Certified Accountant, issued by the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosova (SCAAK).
Teuta has attended an online training course offered by the Slovenian Institute of Internal Auditors, aimed at preparing candidates for the global Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification. Additionally, she participated in a train-the-trainers program for Audit and Internal Audit, organized by the Centre for Financial Reporting Reform (CFRR) of the World Bank Group (WB).
With thirteen years of experience, primarily in management positions specializing in accounting and financial reporting, Teuta adapts well to the IT industry’s contemporary focus. She has also served as a lecturer for the financial accounting course at a professional association for about five years. Furthermore, she has collaborated with various donors in Kosovo, elucidating the challenges faced by the country and securing funds to certify public sector employees.
