Our Romania office is growing, and we are looking for two dynamic, experienced and career-oriented Payroll Specialists to join our growing Payroll & Employment team in Bucharest.
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities.
- Collect information about hours worked for each employee
- Calculates the correct amount including overtime, deductions, bonuses
- Prepares payment orders in an electronic system or completes payment checks
- Manage monthly statements
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hourly rates, wages, rates, compensatory allowances
- Responds to salary requests from employees and superiors
- Prepares reports for management or the finance department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English language
- Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel is required
- Experience in working with international/multinational companies
- Knowledge of the legislation and regulations in the field
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills with attention to confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proven experience in payroll processing
