Payroll Specialist

Location: Romania, Bucharest

Our Romania office is growing, and we are looking for two dynamic, experienced and career-oriented Payroll Specialists to join our growing Payroll & Employment team in Bucharest.

Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities.
  • Collect information about hours worked for each employee
  • Calculates the correct amount including overtime, deductions, bonuses
  • Prepares payment orders in an electronic system or completes payment checks
  • Manage monthly statements
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
  • Keep track of hourly rates, wages, rates, compensatory allowances
  • Responds to salary requests from employees and superiors
  • Prepares reports for management or the finance department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English language
  • Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel is required
  • Experience in working with international/multinational companies
  • Knowledge of the legislation and regulations in the field
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills with attention to confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in payroll processing
