Our Athens office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll Department for the position of Payroll Specialist.
Job description:
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
- Entry of employees’ data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR system of record to the payroll system
- Provide payroll forms and information updated
- Consultancy of payroll related issues
- Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in payroll processing
- A University/College degree in Accounting, /HR qualification
- Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in both Greek and English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Computer literate
