Payroll Assistant (Part-time)

Location: Greece, Athens

Our Athens office is growing, and we are looking for a part-time Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll Department. This is a hybrid role with working hours from 11:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
  • Load import files received from HR
  • Enter employees’ data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR system to the payroll system
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in payroll processing entries
  • Good knowledge of Ergani
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Payroll software (Data Communication/EpsilonNet) will be considered an advantage
