Our Athens office is growing, and we are looking for a part-time Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll Department. This is a hybrid role with working hours from 11:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
- Load import files received from HR
- Enter employees’ data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR system to the payroll system
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll processing entries
- Good knowledge of Ergani
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Payroll software (Data Communication/EpsilonNet) will be considered an advantage
