Our Nicosia office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our team in the position of Executive Assistant to the Management. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a degree of confidentiality.
Job description:
- Assist the Management in the general handling of their activities/projects and tasks
- Manage diaries, schedules, meetings, and timesheets for the Management
- Support the Group COO in reinforcing policies and procedures in all offices of the Organisation
- Assist with the preparation of various reports, presentations and documentation for the entire Organisation
- Take notes/minutes during meetings
- Act as the point of contact among executives, different departments and third parties
- Assist in organising business trips and travelling arrangements
- Assist in organising events (conferences, seminars, etc)
Requirements:
- A University/College degree in in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in position as an Assistant or Administrator
- Fluent in both Greek and English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Attention to detail is mandatory
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High level of professionalism and reliability
