Business Development Executive – Athens

Location: Greece, Athens

Our Greece office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Business Development Department. 

Job Description:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for the recruitment and placement of foreign workers in Greece
· Build and nurture client relationships across industries, with a focus on understanding their workforce needs
· Establish and maintain strong connections with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate efficient work permit and visa processes
· Monitor and interpret immigration law and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
· Support and coordinate corporate projects, licensing procedures, and operational initiatives with internal teams
· Provide administrative support to executive and corporate teams, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
· Prepare, organize all essential corporate and legal documentation (e.g., minutes, resolutions, share certificates) and maintain accurate databases and filing systems to ensure compliance

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment
· Previous experience in business development (B2B) is highly desired
· Proven knowledge of work permit and visa procedures for multiple countries
· Previous experience with licensing procedures for foreign entities will be considered an asset
· University degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Solid understanding of corporate legislation and administrative procedures from a multinational company
· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
· Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
· Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal)
· Flexibility to travel within Greece as needed
