The strong ties between Cyprus and Israel were once again confirmed in the Cyprus – Israel Regatta 2017, organized by the Israel Yacht Club (IYC) together with the Famagusta District Sailing Club Begafigo (BF) from 4 to 12 October 2017.
Eurofast, working with entrepreneurs from Israel for over 20 years, was more than happy to sponsor the welcoming dinner at Mageirio Tavernaki, in Limassol, Cyprus, with lots of meze, zivania and greek music!
Mrs. Zoe Kokoni, Eurofast’s Director of Eurofast Taxand and Mrs. Katerina Charalambous, Clients Relationship Manager of our Organisation, underlined in their opening speech the value of cooperation, both in sailing and in neighboring countries relations. They also promised to further contribute to Cypriot – Israeli relations by offering consulting and corporate services, to entrepreneurs who are looking for the right advisor to continued success and business growth.
The regatta ended in Tel Aviv on 11/10 with the yacht Avantura from Cyprus taking the first place. Worth mentioning is that the closing ceremony was attended by the Cypriot Ambassador in Israel, Ms Salina Shambos.
