Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

•University degree (VI / VII) major in Accounting

•Audit and IFRS , Transfer pricing experience will be considered an advantage

•Minimum five years of working experience on a similar position, preferably in international environment

•Fluent in English and Italian

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Excellent computer and internet skill

•Experience with WINGS and MPP, Navision software is advantage


Duties and Responsibilities:

•Daily communication with clients, offices and tax authorities

•General bookkeeping

•Bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices, cost import and export documentations

•Preparation financial statements and annual reports

•Calculation of VAT

•Other general accounting duties as assigned

•Maintaining accounting records of international clients

•Supervision of junior staff

•Preparation of financial statements and annual reports

•Ability to provide financial consulting to clients

•Preparation and control of payroll data

•Preparation of forms needed for the Tax Authorities and other relevant institutions

•Calculations of salaries and benefits

•Maintaining sick and maternity leave data

•Calculation of travel expenses

Miscellaneous duties, including but not limited to filing, mailing, organizing and other assigned job-related duties
