Eurofast; reinforcing its offices in Croatia
We are pleased to announce that our Eurofast office in Croatia has recently hired a new lawyer David Jakovljevic and relocated its office to provide its clients a better services.
Our new Tax& legal advisor, David Jakovljevic specialises in domestic and real estate, corporate law, insolvency as well as M&A Tax. He has also has experience in Contract, Employment Law and obtaining work and residency permits for clients.
David has been involved in a various advisory projects including advising Croatian and Slovenian banks on bankruptcy proceedings due diligence projects and negotiation proceedings involving real estate transactions and litigation.
