Christodoulos Damianou
SEEME @ Executive Director
Christodoulos is a Director of International Tax and Executive Director at Eurofast and he specialises in international tax structuring and planning, including real estate structuring. Christodoulos has over 25 years of working experience in tax consulting, working with local as well as multinational companies. Previously in his career he has served as the European Chairman of the 5th largest international accounting association in the world for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region as well as President of the Junior Chamber International of Cyprus and a member of a number of international trade associations. Christodoulos is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Montenegro in Cyprus. Christodoulos is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and a US CPA. He has extensive general experience in the countries of South East Europe and CIS, as well as specific cross-border structuring; joint ventures and M&A experience involving most of the countries in the region. He is a regular speaker in international tax conferences and events, and he is the author of numerous taxation articles published in International press and magazines. He has also conducted over 200 presentations on International Tax Planning, Accounting and Management Consulting in conferences and meetings all over the world.
Zoe Kokoni

Zoe is a Director at Eurofast Taxand Ltd specializing in tax, payroll and labour issues. Zoe has extensive experience in Greek, Bulgarian and Cypriot immigration rules. She deals with citizenship and residency permits issues, provides advisory services to expatriates on taxation issues and employee benefits as well as social security issues. Zoe deals extensively with the payroll and employer services division offering services to multinationals as well as to regional companies in South East Europe and Eastern Mediterranean. Zoe is a member of Taxand Global Compensation Service line and a Board Member in Antea and is the Head of our Eurofast representation in a number of associations in Cyprus and Greece. Zoe is fluent in English and Greek.
Maria Savva
SEEME @ Regional Operations
Maria is the Director of Regional Operations of Eurofast. Maria graduated the Concordia University of Montreal, Canada, obtained her MBA at the University of Cyprus and joined Eurofast in 2004. Maria’s primary responsibilities include developing, creating and implementing the organisation's business development strategy including but not limited to customer strategy, building brand equity, knowledge management, business growth, qualifying new business opportunities and overseeing the expansion of Eurofast in South East Europe and Eastern Mediterranean. Maria works closely with partners and regional managers to ensure organisation targets are delivered across all functions including recruiting professionals, implementation of IT systems to ensure efficiency in information sharing between offices as well as monitoring financial and operating performance.
Panos Diallinas
SEEME @ Regional Director
Panos holds the position of Regional Director in Eurofast. Panos has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Information Technology. He has worked in several managerial positions in the services and retail sector. He joined Eurofast Global in 2006, responsible for the Eurofast operations in SEEME, specifically in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, FYROM and Albania. Member of the Board of Directors since January 2010, Panos travels extensively to the offices in the region, expanding the client base and also offering guidance and direction to the local management thus ensuring that the high quality standards are maintained in every Eurofast office. Panos is an active member in all bilateral business associations and chambers of Greece - in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Serbia as well as in associations and chambers of other countries in locations of Eurofast like AmCham, the British Chambers of Commerce, the Italian Confindustria and others. He is a board member of the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria (HBCB). Panos has conducted numerous presentations at international conferences; seminars and meetings focusing on tax related matters.
Plamena Nikolova
SEEME @ Administration
Plamena is Senior Administrator at the Coordination Department of Eurofast Taxand Ltd. The Coordination department based at the headquarters of the organisation ensures that the company procedures, guidelines and branding are correctly kept and applied in all departments and offices of Eurofast. As part of the team Plamena mostly deals with drafting of manuals and other documents for internal use, reporting, internal trainings, database maintenance, day-to-day administration, business trip arrangements, subsidy programs and others. Plamena speaks Bulgarian, Greek and English.
Anna Zongou
SEEME @ Marketing Communications
Anna holds the position of Marketing Communications Coordinator at Eurofast. Anna studied International Relations in Panteion University, Greece and obtained her Master's Degree in Communications at the City University of London, UK. She Joined Eurofast in 2015. Anna's primary responsibilities include developing & implementing marketing campaigns, writing and distributing press releases & newsletters and media relations across the SEEME region. Anna is also responsible for project managing all online content & networking channels of the company, dealing with social media, email campaigns & newsletters. She is also responsible for overseeing the production of all promotional material of the company. With over 10 years of experience in Cyprus & Greece, Anna has extensive background in communications strategies, media relations, content writing & digital advertising. She speaks Greek, English & French.
Savvas Perikleous
SEEME @ CIS Region
Savvas joined Eurofast in 2016. Savvas previously held the positon of Head Representative Office at Hellenic Bank in Kiev and has many years of experience in banking, having spent the previous 35 years in Hellenic Bank in Cyprus where he was instrumental in handling large international corporate accounts. At the same time, Savvas played a key role in the bank’s International Business Center by being head of Accounts, Swift Payment and Incoming Payment Departments. Savvas assists clients and investors in the region to optimize their operations and bottom line, find alternative investment opportunities and assist them with expansion plans.

Drilona Likaj
Senior Accountant, BSc, MSc
Drilona is a Senior Accountant Manager within the firm of Eurofast in Albania. She has more than 8 years of progressive experience in providing quality accounting and tax services to join-stock companies, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, non-profit organizations and individuals. Her experience includes tax advising, financial and business advising, conducting, supervising, and reviewing annual financial records, reviews, and compilations, and examinations of the financial records of a wide range of businesses including real estate, construction contractors, international transport and aviation, IT solutions, engineering, retail chains, manufacturers, telecommunication and other service industries. Drilona is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes and is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. Drilona received her BSc in Finance and Accounting from the State University of Tirana. She obtained the Certified Public Accountant license in 2012. Drilona is fluent in Albanian, English and Italian.

Lorina joined Eurofast Global in Albania in February 2016. Lorina’s obtained MSc Degree in Finance and MPA Degree from University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics. She is certified from Ministry of Finance as Public Sector Internal Auditor. Lorina is currently pursuing the qualification of Certified Accountant in Albania. Being part of Albanian Public Administration for several years, Lorina has gained a wide range of skills to deal with taxes and legal affairs. She has experience in Domestic Taxation and a strong background in client development, marketing and administrative issues. She is fluent in Albanian, English and Italian.

Dajana is a Region Executive at Eurofast Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dajana studied Economics in Banja Luka, specializing in Business and Entrepreneurship. She is also holder of an MBA from the Frederick University Nicosia. Dajana is professional with over 5 years experience in the area of marketing, business development, financial services, Cyprus tax and corporate issues. She has been involved in a number of projects regarding foreign investments, EU funds, business plans and various marketing activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia. Irena is an Administrator at Eurofast Global, Bosnia Office, since 2016. She assists the CEO and the accounting team, while managing basic office needs. Irena also deals with marketing activities. Petar has over 8 years of experience in servicing international companies and their local entities on various legal and compliance issues. Petar is capable to advise on tax optimization strategies and compliance governance. Also, Petar’s area of expertise includes civil and administrative law, compliance and procedural topics as well as labour law and employment relationships, global HR for multinational companies across multiple jurisdictions, immigration law work permits, citizenship, EU citizens, tax law and tax issues as well as litigation. Petar has vast experience in negotiations and drafting of contracts, mediation experience and corporate governance. Prior to joining Eurofast, Petar worked as a Legal Counselor and external Legal Advisor for other advisory firms as well as for the Bulgarian Government. Rossitza Koleva

Rossi holds the position of Executive Administrator of Eurofast in Bulgaria, since May 2009. With over 15 years of working experience in administration, marketing and communication fields, mostly with Greek and Cypriot companies operating in Bulgaria, she is very familiar with both markets and has acquired valuable experience from cooperating with them, as well as with the rest of the SEE markets from the daily communication with the regional offices of Eurofast. During her engagement with Eurofast, Rossi has had the opportunity to attend numerous professional trainings, which have added to her experience and have reflected on her performance and communication skills. She is the every day contact person for the office in Sofia when communicating with national and international chambers of commerce, diplomatic embassies, as well as when organizing and attending events in Bulgaria and abroad. Rossi obtained her BA in Archeology and History from the Faculty of Greek Philology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Radio Journalism from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Sofia. Rossi speaks English, Greek and French.

David is a Tax and Legal Advisor at Eurofast Croatia. David obtained his LLM from the University of Zagreb in 2011 and was admitted to the Croatian Bar Association in 2015. David specialises in domestic tax advice, real estate and corporate law, corporate insolvency as well as mergers and acquisitions tax. He also has experience in contract, employment law and obtaining work and residency permits for clients. He has been involved in a various projects including advising Croatian and Slovenian banks on bankruptcy proceedings, due diligence projects and negotiation proceedings involving real estate transactions and litigation. David is fluent in Croatian and English and has good knowledge of German.

Maria is the Director of Accounting Support Services in Cyprus. Maria joined the firm in 1990 and is specialized in accounting, payroll, employer services, and indirect domestic tax and compliance services in Cyprus. She consults our clients on complex income tax, social security and withholding tax compliance requirements. Maria is responsible for the management of payroll services of clients located in multiple locations. Maria is the author and contributor of numerous publications specialized in employment and indirect taxation in Cyprus. Maria is fluent in Greek and English.

Katerina has more than 14 years of experience in Big 4 in international business and corporate services. She held the position of a Senior Manager of the International Business Services Division of Eurofast Taxand Ltd and was leading the Mergers and Acquisitions Service Division providing advisory services regarding corporate finance, privatization of State owned companies and overall implementation of a sell or buy mandate. Currently she is the Compliance Officer of Eurofast Taxand Ltd and holds the position of Client’s Relationship Manager. She is a regular participant in various international and local conferences concerning tax and business related matters. Katerina spent her academic life in the UK. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Coventry University and an MBA in International Management from Exeter University. She is fluent in Greek and English.
Ifigeneia Pantelidou

Ifigeneia is an Assistant Manager of the International Business Services Division of Eurofast Taxand Ltd. She has an extensive experience on Cyprus tax issues as well as on Cyprus companies’ law. Ifigeneia is responsible for the preparation of the income tax returns such as IR1, IR4, and IR7 as well as the examination of tax assessments for individual and corporate clients. Additionally she is responsible for the opening of Tax Identity Card Number (TIC) of clients at the Cyprus Tax Authority, for the issuing of Tax Clearance and Tax Residence Certificates. Ifigenia speaks fluent English and Greek.
Andri Christodoulou

Andri is a graduate of the University of Kent acquiring an LLB Law degree in 2007 and Member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2008. Andri is a qualified lawyer and has worked at a law firm for 3 years with work involving mainly in litigation, presenting cases at court (Supreme, Family, Criminal, Civil Court), as well as preparation of legal documents and assisting clients with legal advice. Currently, she is a Corporate Administrator and a Legal Advisor, undertaking and overseeing the formation, administration of companies, completion of corporate documents, preparation of power of attorney, memorandums, articles of association, review of agreements and contracts. She is also involved in the dissolution of companies in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions. Andri also deals with direct communication and dialogue with clients, including meetings, liaising with agents, external and internal advisors on various corporate matters. Elena holds a BSc degree in Computer Management Information Systems and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. With over 15 years of working experience in FYR Macedonia and abroad, she has extensive background in both profit and non-profit organisations. Elena has undertaken the setup and client base growth of the Eurofast Skopje office since the beginning of operations in the country and oversees the day-to-day provision of high-quality services to a wide range of clients. In recent years, she has been heavily involved in Eurofast's payroll service line, both in terms of group-level relationship management and new business development as well as hands-on involvement in complex local payroll projects.

Anna Pushkaryova has 13 years of experience of advising clients on complex tax issues, including international tax and corporate structuring with the use of foreign jurisdictions in Georgia and Ukraine, corporate restructuring, including within cross - border transactions of multinational companies. Anna is also experienced in negotiation and drafting contracts in international financing projects, representing clients` interests in a wide range of M&A transactions, including those related to the sale and purchase of banks and financial institutions, as well as banks` reorganization; consulting clients on issues of foreign investments, corporate governance, creation and liquidation of legal entities, employment law issues, and restructuring of distressed assets. She holds Master of Law degree with honor from Kyiv Shevchenko University. She is a licensed attorney since 2007, Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and Attorneys` Association of Ukraine. Irina Lopatina

Irina obtained her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in London, UK in 2011, specializing in tax and audit, IFRS and management accounting and also holds a Bachelors degree in Languages and Translation from Tbilisi State University in Georgia from 1998. Irina has joined Eurofast on 1 May 2016 supporting and representing our operations in Georgia. Her previous experience covers financial analysis, management accounting, financial controls etc in both UK and Georgian-based companies. She coordinates 2 big payroll projects, supervises legal and tax requests, is trained in Global Control Standards (COSO framework), Transactional Processes Improvements, Global Bribery and Anti-corruption Acts etc. Fluent in English, Russian and Georgian.

Antonis Gavrielides is the Country Manager of Eurofast Greece. Antonis has completed his studies in the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece and acquired the BSc in Agriculture Development and a Master in Agriculture Economics and Business Management in 2007. In 2013 he completed his studies in University of Cyprus and acquired the MBA qualification. Antonis has prior experience in audit working for a Big4 company in Cyprus. Before his appointment to manager in Greece he held the position of group internal auditor at Eurofast for a number of years. Antonis is now acting manager Eurofast Athens in charge of our activities in the country. Furthermore, he is responsible for our local payroll and employment service line working together with our multinational and local clients ensuring their business needs are met and the clients are fully compliant with all the laws, rules and regulations in Greece.

Maria is a Transfer Pricing Advisor in Eurofast since 2013. Through her carrier, Maria has been involved in all the main stages of the Transfer Pricing projects including diagnostics, functional analysis, and economic analysis and benchmarking studies for Multi National Enterprises. Prior to joining Eurofast, Maria worked in a Big 4 environment dealing with numerous international clients through financial and tax audits. Maria obtained her MSc from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Applied Economics and Finance. In 2010 Maria also received her professional qualification in Audit by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (IESOEL).
Maria Sarantopoulou
Tax & Legal Advisor, LLB
Maria is a Lawyer, Member of the Athens Bar Association and appointed as Attorney at Law at the Supreme Court of Greece. She has significant experience in working for corporations as an in-house lawyer and external legal consultant for over 15 years. Her practice areas mainly focus on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, tax law, financing, competition law, telecoms, media, contract negotiations, information technology and intellectual property rights, energy, trademark and patent law, as well as immigration law for investors. She was involved in the takeover and financing of the biggest Pay TV Company in Greece, and in the restructuring of a telecom-media group of companies. Prior to joining Eurofast, Maria held the position of Senior Associate in respectable law firms in Greece as well as the position of Legal Counsel, Corporate Affairs Manager and Secretary at Forthnet - Nova, a Telecoms and Pay TV Group in Greece. She also held an internship at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, and specifically in the Telecoms and Post sector. She used to be member of the Board of Direcotrs at several legal entities. Maria holds a Law Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Diploma in European Competition Law from the King’s College of London and is fluent in Greek, English and German.

Konstantinos is the Chief Accountant at Eurofast Greece, specializing in payroll, labor and tax issues. He deals with budgeting, reporting and cost analysis as well as with accounting, reporting, labor issues, tax advisory services and social security issues. Konstantinos has extensive experience in Greek multinational companies. He studied economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business (A.S.O.E.E) Konstantinos is fluent in English and German.
Anastasia Sagianni

Anastasia holds the position of Transfer Pricing Advisor at Eurofast, responsible for clients in South East Europe and Eastern Mediterrenean. Anastasia obtained her BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with major in Economics and Business Finance, where she also pursued her MSc degree in Applied Economics and Finance, with academic direction in Applied Accounting and Audit. In 2010, Anastasia obtained her professional qualification in Audit by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (IESOEL) and since January 2014, she is regarded a Certified Public Accountant according to the Greek legislation. During her professional career, Anastasia was involved in financial audits and preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Anastasia specialises in transfer pricing and has substantial experience in various industries. With her interdisciplinary know-how on tax, business and markets, she advises on designing the transfer pricing model that suits to each business. Anastasia was involved in the reviewing of educational material in economics for the Vocational Training Centre of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a distance learning lecturer in accounting programs at the Vocational Training Centre of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Payroll Specialist
Iliana is a Payroll Specialist in Eurofast Greece. She is responsible for completing all payroll obligations for large multinational companies. Additionally, she is consulting clients about the Greek law obligations while making sure for their compliance. Finally, she is involved in implementing new client’s requirements in the payroll software. Iliana obtained her BSc in Economic Sciences from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2008 and her MSc degree in Human Resources Management from Cardiff University in United Kingdom in 2010. During her professional career, she has worked as an accountant and as a payroll consultant. She has attended numerous Greek Labor Law seminars. She speaks Greek, English and German. In 2015, she acquired the First Order work permit as an accountant and tax consultant issued by the Hellenic Economic Chamber of Greece.

Ali Najm holds the position of Client Relationship Manager of Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq. Ali obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Cyprus and holds an Engineering degree from Azad University of Tehran, Iran. He has more than six years’ experience in the field of management and marketing and client service. Ali holds in depth knowledge of the Iranian market and his expertise include business matching, operations and management, marketing, customer strategy and handling key client accounts Ali joined Eurofast in 2016, supporting our operations in Iran. His primary responsibility is to liaise, coordinate and act as the link for our clients in Iran. Ali speaks Farsi and English.

Jelena Zivkovic
Acting Manager, BSc
Jelena joined Eurofast in 2008 and assumed the position of Acting Manager. Jelena has extensive knowledge of the Montenegrin market and Montenegrin legislative and regulations. Jelena graduated from the Faculty of Economics and has over 15 years of experience in business development, tax advisory, accounting and payroll services as well as nongovernmental organizations.
Ivan Petrovic
Director, LLB
Ivan holds the position of Director at Eurofast. Ivan is a graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of Kragujevac in Serbia. Currently he is pursuing his postgraduate degree in the field of Tax Law and Public Finance at the University of Belgrade. Prior to joining Eurofast, Ivan worked for the Ministry of Finance in Montenegro, as the Head of the Department for international economic cooperation, primarily responsible for the cooperation of the local government with international financial institutions. During his term with the government Ivan headed and took part in the negotiating teams for a number of major infrastructure projects implemented by the Government. Ivan has also participated in the privatization process of Montenegro Airlines, as the Secretary of the Tender Commission for privatization and Barska Plovidba JSC. He had an active role in the Montenegrin government’s attempt to introduce economic citizenship program. Ivan has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the national sea shipping company Crnogorska Plovidba JSC. In the Economic and Fiscal program of Montenegro, he was in charge for 3 chapters: Privatization, Infrastructure, and Public Administration.
Amera Brkovic

Bojana Perić
Tax Accountant
Bojana joined Eurofast in Montenegro in 2017. She has a Bachelor degree in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Political Science. Bojana has gained a wide range of skills dealing with finance and accounting. She has also vast experience in business statistical analyses and SMEs and a strong background in EU matters. Bojana is fluent in Serbian and English and basic knowledge of Italian and French.

Roxana Niculai
Accounting supervisor, BA, MA
Roxana is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting process for her portfolio of clients and her team of junior accountants. Roxana has extensive experience in international companies, ranging from management and consulting companies, public relations and communication and debt collectors. Since 2011, Roxana is a member of the Romanian Body of Expert and Chartered Accountants pursuing her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. She is a holder of a License Degree of Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, major in Accounting and is experienced in IFRS reporting as well. Roxana is fluent in English.

Cozmina is a Legal Advisor at Eurofast Taxand Ltd. Cozmina advises on domestic and international tax matters and company law matters. In the past she acquired experience working on commercial and corporate issues, employment law, and foreigners’ legal regime in Romania. Cozmina graduated from the University Alexandru Ioan Cuza of Iasi, Romania. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and is a member of the College of Legal Advisors in Romania. She is fluent in Romanian, English and French.

Violeta Stojicevic
Payroll Accountant
Violeta Stojicevic has joined the company in 2012 as a payroll accountant, in charge for payroll calculations, related forms and annual reports for tax administration and pension and disability insurance fund. During her employment in Eurofast, Violeta attended numerous professional courses and seminars, improving her professional skills and knowledge, as well as services provided to the clients.

Natasa obtained her Masters Degree in International Business, specializing in Management, from European University for International Management. She also holds the diploma of Cambridge International business school as a licenced manager. She is responsible for the coordination and direction of operations of the Serbian office, making sure that all company standards, concerning policy and procedure, are met.

Nadiya Omelchuk
Country executive, BA, MBA
Nadiya obtained her MBA, specializing in Management from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus and holds an MA from the Kyiv National Pedagogic University. Nadiya has joined Eurofast over 5 years ago supporting the organisation operations in Ukraine. Nadiya liaises, coordinates and acts as the link for our clients in Ukraine and our Eurofast offices in South East Europe and Eastern Mediterranean. Nadiya has been part of our professional team dealing with investment projects for Cyprus, Greece, Ukraine and Russia. She also deals with the day-to-day management of the office and is responsible for our client base in Ukraine. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Alena Malaya
Tax and Legal Advisor
Alena joined Eurofast in 2016 as a Tax & Legal Advisor. While getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Law (honours, 2010) she was working as a Junior Lawyer. In 2013 she obtained her Master`s degree in corporate law from the Kiev V. Hetman National Economic University. In 2015 she graduated Ukrainian private school “ProBusiness school” and obtained her Project Management certificate. To this time, she has gathered a wide experience, while working for both local and international companies. Among other she deals with international tax structuring, highly marginal investment projects, forex licensing within the EU, residency & citizenship, foreign company incorporation and administration. Alena actively contributes to professional publications on tax issues.
