Rositsa Ivanova is the Head of Payroll Department at Eurofast Sofia. She is bringing over 14 years of expertise in payroll and HR services. In her current role, Rositsa manages the intricate process of processing clients’ monthly salaries, handling all aspects of payroll documentation, including benefits, bonuses, social contributions, and deductions. She adeptly oversees labor contracts, holidays, sick leave procedures, and civil contracts. Rositsa’s responsibilities extend to the preparation of regular datasheets and reports for clients, offering valuable consultations in the process.
Beyond her day-to-day tasks, Rositsa takes on the responsibility of submitting monthly and annual declarations and other essential documents to various government agencies, such as the Labor Inspectorate, NSSI, and NRA.
Known for her excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, Rositsa is both an asset to the team and a reliable resource for clients. In her free time, she indulges in her passion for travel, hiking in the mountains, and finding solace in nature. Rositsa holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Controlling from the International School of Business in Botevgrad.
