Job description:
Are you a professional experienced in sales with a strong background in pension solutions and a passion for working with corporate clients? Eurofast Greece is seeking a skilled Pension Plan Agent to join our Athens office. The ideal candidate will lead the development and delivery of tailored corporate pension schemes, driving new businesses and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective corporate clients (B2B) to promote pension plan services
- Educate clients on various pension plans, retirement options, and investment strategies
- Assist clients in understanding the long-term impact of their pension choices on retirement income
- Present and sell group pension plans to Corporate key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and pension policies to ensure accurate client guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall client experience
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, networking, and direct prospecting
- Provide post-sales support and maintain ongoing engagement with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales and servicing of pension plans from a Bank (preferred) or Insurance (highly desirable) Company.
- Strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and cold calling
- Proven experience in retirement planning or pension advisory roles and investment strategy development
- Strong knowledge of pension regulations, investment products, and retirement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and financial stakeholders
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM systems and good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is required)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to work independently and manage client relationships end-to-end
- A proactive, consultative approach with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial well-being
