Payroll Specialist

Location: Cyprus, Nicosia

Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll and Employment Department for the position of Payroll Specialist.

Job description:

  • Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests.
  • Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
  • Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 years
