Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll and Employment Department for the position of Payroll Specialist.
Job description:
- Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests.
- Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
- Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 years
