Eurofast is looking to recruit a Finance Manager on behalf of a client dealing with business-to-customer transaction technologies in 15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, offering a wide range of technology solutions for their office in Kyiv.

 

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the general financial analysis functions and the preparation of reports and statistics for management reporting (cost allocations, cash flow forecasting, expense analysis);
    • Preparing managerial reporting to HQ (based on IFRS);
    • Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and distribution of company profit and loss and capital expenditure budgets; for the set-up of the annual budgeting & planning process, as well as the coordination of the actual vs. budget results and preparation of reports explaining budget deviations;
    • Treasury management, payments\cash flow control, dealing with banks for credit facilities;
    • Responsible for internal reporting system’s and procedures’ accuracy, for local and group reporting;
    • Negotiation with counterparties for overhead and other expenses (i.e. office rent, warehouse, insurance, car lease);
    • Correspondence with international suppliers regarding the payments and other issues;
    • Risk management on country level

 

Qualifications & Experience

    • University Degree in Economics, Accounting or Audit;
    • Knowledge of foreign currency payment regulation or working experience on processing payments abroad;
    • Software Knowledge: MS Office -especially Excel proficiency; 1 C version 8.2. УТП (Managing trade company);
    • Additional Knowledge: IFRS standards; local accounting standards; tax code and laws; administrative laws;
    • English language – fluent;
    • Experience –  3 years’ experience at the position of Finance Manager;
    • Able to manage, guide and lead local finance team;
    • Ability to work to deadlines – attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Analytical skills
