Position: Front Desk Administrator
Location: Athens, Greece

We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our Coordination Department in Athens, Greece.
Job description:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Greet visitors/guests/members professionally and determine their nature and purpose of visit
- Direct and accompany visitors/guests/members to appropriate destinations or waiting rooms
- Updates any client information / updates company’s databas
- Performs internet search and create reports on findings
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries
- Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and remind the respective personnel of the appointments
- Manage company’s properties
- Create and print sheets, memos, mail, reports, and other documents
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- May be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing office notes and photocopying.

Job description:
- Follow instructions of IT Manager
- Assist with setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware (SSD, HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Assist with maintaining local networks in ways that optimize performance

Position: Payroll Accountant
Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll & payments and preparation of compulsory reports for authorities

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our Corporate Accounting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting and tax-related functions for the company. This includes financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, and financial analysis. The Accounting & Tax Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial statements are accurate and in compliance with all IFRS accounting standards.
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting and tax functions of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to inform management decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting & audit professionals.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as needed
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Work with the CFO/CEO to determine and develop scope of audits across multiple offices
- Provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity to improve the organization’s operations via conducting internal audits
- Interact with all levels throughout the organization in a collaborative manner making corrective recommendations
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
- Preparation of internal audit reports
Skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, or Management
- Professional accounting qualification (i.e. Swiss CPA, ACCA, US CPA etc.)
- At least 10 years of relevant audit experience ideally within a Big 4 accounting firm (exposure to relevant industries such as: commodities trading, banking and capital markets, oil and gas, mining and metals

Position: Tax Mobility Expert
Location: Tirana, Albania

Mobility is a component of international taxation. Due to business globalization and worker mobility our work is to assist companies in their foreign assignment process, they need experts to deal with tax compliance, financial statements, and tax planning.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Work background at least 3 years of experience in tax mobility services. Multinational consulting experience will be considered as a plus
